Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where a store doesn’t keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when a store sells a product using the dropshipping model, it purchases the item from a third party and has it shipped directly to the customer. As a result, the seller doesn’t have to handle the product directly.
The biggest difference between dropshipping and the standard retail model is that the selling merchant doesn’t stock or own inventory. Instead, the seller purchases inventory as needed from a third party—usually a wholesaler or manufacturer—to fulfill orders.

Customized Invoices/Receipt Books
When your customer makes an order and we process the transaction on your behalf, your customer gets an invoice/receipt with your customized information on it. These books are done by Synkrosoft for you. Contact a sales representative for more details.
Delivery
Delivery to your customer is done by Synkrosoft’s delivery personnel who are informed of the necessary protocols in handling dropshipping sales. The delivery personnel contacts the customer and does the transaction on your behalf.
Payments by Retailer and Supplier
Payments collected in cash from the retailer’s customers are remitted at an agreed time convenient to both parties (retailer and supplier). Payments made to the retailer via bank transfer should be remitted to Synkrosoft by the end of the business day.
Access to Inventory
Inventory is updated rapidly and frequently. Retailers have access to specific catalogues based on what they offer to their customers. They are emailed to each retailer on a bi-weekly. The sharing of these catalogues are strictly prohibited.
